Freedom Bang is a pre-choreographed fusion of boxing, HIIT, hip hop, world dance, optional weighted gloves and just a touch of attitude. Offering a wide range of intensity options to help you customize your workout.

Shri Yoga is a calming but challenging style practiced in an informal environment. Classes include various asanas, breathing exercises, chakra vibration, mantras, and relaxation techniques. Attendees are welcome to bring their own mat.

Adults who want to practice their English are welcome to a conversation class hosted by the Literacy Council of Frederick County.

Jordan Cox, Dementia Friendly Frederick, will be our guest speaker.  After our speaker, we will have games and activities. Games are among the many activities that can keep the human mind entertained and engaged.
