Event Details

Learn some basic belly dance technique and moves. Belly dance can help to heal and nourish the sacral chakra, decompress the spine, replenish the body, & relieve stress. This low-impact, fun, and empowering session will be inclusive and mixed-level with many possible modifications.  All are welcome!
