Frederick County Public Libraries will close at 5pm on Wednesday, November 27 and will remain closed on Thursday November 28, and Friday November 29, 2024 in observance of Thanksgiving.

Small steps can protect our world in big ways! Join us at 1PM on Thursday, June 20  at the C. Burr Artz Public Library for story time with Lauren Paulet, City of Frederick Sustainability Outreach Coordinator. We'll be reading Compost Stew: An A to Z Recipe for the Earth by  Mary McKenna Siddals. Afterwards, we'll learn how to compost our favorite snacks. Together we can create a healthier planet for our kids.
