Frederick County Public Libraries will close at 5pm on Wednesday, November 27 and will remain closed on Thursday November 28, and Friday November 29, 2024 in observance of Thanksgiving.

Learn to create three beautiful spring cupcake designs and take your creations home.

Please bring three undecorated cupcakes and a container to take your finished cupcakes home. Everything else will be provided.
