Empower You Tax Assistance Program

Learn more about the Empower U project which will Enhance, EMPOWER and Enrich the lives of study participants in both Frederick and Washington Counties with FREE tax preparation help and the receipt of EITC (The Earned Income Tax Credit). Participants may also receive personal assistance from Community Health Workers to positively impact their lives. The program is funded by the Office of Minority Health through the Department of Health and Human Services.
