Join local fiber arts crafter, Jordan Warner, for a 3-part beginner's crochet series. By the end of the series, each participant will have created their own handmade dishcloth and gained the confidence to continue exploring crochet.

November 2 - An introduction to the essential tools, yarn, and beginner stitches such as the chain and single stitches that are essential to start their dishcloth.

November 9 - Use this time to expand on your skills with half double and double crochet stitches, as well as introducing simple stitch patterns to add texture and variety.

November 16 - Learn finishing techniques including fastening off, weaving in ends, and adding an edging or loop for hanging the dish cloth.

Attendance at all three programs is not required. Limited supplies are provided, but attendees are welcome to bring their own.
