Have you or your family outgrown your Halloween costume? Participate in our Halloween costume swap for all ages. Donate your gently used costume and swap for a new to-you-costume. Make yourself a mask at our craft station. If you would like to donate a costume please drop them off at the library starting September 15. Donations are not required to participate.
