Holiday Closing - Thanksgiving

Frederick County Public Libraries will close at 5pm on Wednesday, November 27 and will remain closed on Thursday November 28, and Friday November 29, 2024 in observance of Thanksgiving.

Event Details

Learn about the importance of the trolley system and how it connected communities in Maryland's past. Meet on the deck at the Thurmont Regional Library and dress warm. We will walk approximately 1.5 miles on the paved Thurmont Trolley Trail as we learn the history of the early transportation system.
