Prenatal Exercise with FIT4MOM

Join FIT4MOM for a free prenatal exercise session offered in partnership with Frederick County Family Connects. Strengthen your body in a supportive and fun atmosphere with expert instructors, learning poses to relieve aches and pains, as well as tools for childbirth and postpartum recovery. Participants will learn about the free home-visiting service for Frederick County families with newborns and receive free diapers and a gift bag.
