Join us for FREE prenatal yoga from Family Connects with instructor DeAnna Houston.
- Learn poses to relieve aches and pain
- Learn tools for childbirth and postpartum recovery
- Experience a calm, relaxing practice led by an expert instructor
- Learn about a free home-visiting service for Frederick County families with newborns
Come to any or all yoga sessions!
