The University of Maryland Extension Program will be presenting a mini series on agriculture! AGsploration lessons are a statewide curriculum designed to increase middle school student agriculture literacy and STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) skills. All of the lessons align with state standards and include topics on animal agriculture, plant agriculture, agriculture and the environment and agricultural technology. 

May 10th- Milk in Motion. Learn about the dairy industry and dairy products, as well as learn about dynamic properties found in milk by doing a fun science experiment and then cooking experiment.
