From the middle ages and the arrival of the monastic systems to the literature and paintings of the early Renaissance period, students in this class will examine events, movements, and historical figures of the medieval period. Everyday life in the peasantry and the nobility will be reviewed. The course is funded by the Shirley Cruickshank Wolfe Fund which provides program support to the ILR Program at FCC.
