Frederick County Public Libraries will close at 5pm on Wednesday, November 27 and will remain closed on Thursday November 28, and Friday November 29, 2024 in observance of Thanksgiving.

Event Details

The Interfaith Housing Alliance (IHA) is hosting a free, community-wide Homeownership Fair! This is a great opportunity to explore the possibility of homeownership and get educated about the process in a friendly, no-pressure environment! Drop in any time between 5:00pm and 8:00pm to learn about the PRP Homeownership Program, meet IHA Program staff, and get to know IHA's major partners and how they assist PRP participants.

There will also be a Credit Cafe workshop from 5:30-6:30pm. 

Organizations and Nonprofits in attendance include: USDA-RD Lender, NeighborGood Partners, Frederick Co. Downpayment Assistance, The City of Frederick DHHS, United Way, Middletown Valley Bank, Long & Foster, Peace of Mind Home Inspections, Clear Title LLC, and C Burr Artz Public Library.
