Liz Dodson (a.k.a. The Kombucha Lady) from Dodson's Promised Land Farm, will present a program on the benefits and making of kombucha. She will teach you how to make it at home and give suggestions on the best ingredients. And, yes, there will be an opportunity to taste many of their flavors!
