Frederick County Public Libraries will close at 5pm on Wednesday, November 27 and will remain closed on Thursday November 28, and Friday November 29, 2024 in observance of Thanksgiving.

Meet with Kaitlin Morris of Frederick County Division of Social Services to gain insights into our county's fostering needs and discuss our foster parent licensing process. Frederick County Division of Social Services hopes to recruit families to ensure more needs are met for our youth locally within our community.
