The Learning Cafe: Coffee with a Personal Trainer
Learn how to build functional strength and range of motion in your lower body, core, and shoulders to improve posture, reduce pain, and improve their everyday life. All exercises will be performed without weights or using resistance bands. All movements are adaptable to fit any fitness level or exercise experience. Presented by Straight Shot Training.
