Take a moment to pause and reset with a guided meditation on our peaceful deck, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. This session is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and your surroundings. You'll learn simple meditation and mindfulness techniques you can practice on your own to deepen your relationship with nature while also reducing stress, managing anxiety, and improving sleep. All experience levels are welcome.
