Come hear about the life & legacy of world traveler and photographer Louise Weagley, former Frederick High mathematics teacher and Supervisor of Mathematics for Frederick County (MD) Board of Education. We will feature a critique of Weagley's work by local noted photographer Harriet Wise, who will also provide insight on how to improve your own outdoor photography.
To celebrate Women’s History Month in Frederick County’s 275th Anniversary year the C. Burr Artz Library will host an exhibit entitled “World in the World is Miss Weagley” in the building’s lobby. Stop by and see if you can identify where on the globe her travels took her!
