Join dance instructor Jeanna Riscigno as we explore mindful movement with our bodies! Mindful Movement incorporates yoga, creative movement, breathwork and mindfulness. Practicing mindfulness through movement can help to manage stress, boost self compassion, improve emotional regulation and increase body awareness and coordination. For kids ages 2-5 with a caregiver.
