Jeremy Lazelle, Registered Professional Archeologist, president of the Monocacy Archeology Society, and Environmental and Historic Preservation Liaison with FEMA's Public Assistance Program, will present a program on an Overview of Federal Considerations for the Environment, Historic Preservation and Socio-Economics. The discussion will provide a broad overview of Environmental and Historic Preservation Acts, Laws and Executive Orders from a federally-funded project perspective. Co-sponsored by The Maryland Room.
