Holiday Closing - Thanksgiving

Frederick County Public Libraries will close at 5pm on Wednesday, November 27 and will remain closed on Thursday November 28, and Friday November 29, 2024 in observance of Thanksgiving.

Event Details

Celebrate the 275th Anniversary of Frederick County with your favorite library staff members!  Check out the bookmobile and our brand new transit van.  Play with our giant connect four, dip your hands in our super-fun water table, and learn about all the materials and services the library has to offer.  There just might even be a storytime or two.  Happy birthday, Frederick County!
