Join us for FREE prenatal yoga from Family Connects, with instructors DeAnna Houston and Erica Chesnik

  • Learn poses to relieve aches and pain
  • Learn tools for childbirth and postpartum recovery
  • Experience a calm, relaxing experience with expert instructors
  • Learn about a free home-visiting service for Frederick County Families with newborns
  • Participants will receive Free Diapers & Gift Bag!
