Frederick County Public Libraries will close at 5 p.m. December 31, 2025 and be closed January 1, 2026 for New Year's.

Event Details

Cardio Drumming for seniors, brings together drumsticks and an exercise ball.  You can stand or sit to do this exercise.  We will provide the equipment, but if you have drumsticks or an exercise ball you are welcome to bring with you to the class.
