Join historic preservationist G. Bernard Callan, Jr. and writer Mary Bowman-Kruhm when they discuss "Shutter Dogs & Boot Scrapers: A walk through Old Frederick". A guide to the basics of historic buildings, the reader can take a virtual or actual walking tour of homes that have a FCLF plaque on East Second Street in Historic Frederick.
