Local historian and author Joe Collins leads a walking tour of Frederick. Learn about the history of Frederick and its part during the Civil War. Meet in front of the National Museum of Civil War Medicine, 48 East Patrick Street, Frederick. Participants should be prepared to walk the streets of Frederick for 90 minutes. (Rain date: July 29.)
