Spring into Mindfulness with this Family and Friends Yoga Practice that includes: mindful movement and stillness, body scans, muscle recovery, relaxation, breath control and fun! Bring a loved one (or more) to this practice. Ages 12+. Please bring yoga mats. There will be some available on site.
