June is Dairy Month and a perfect time to get the scoop on ice cream science. Bruster's Real Ice Cream will be here to teach us about the ice cream making process. They will bring samples for us to taste and after learning all about ice cream, you will make your own. What a great way to celebrate the beginning of summer.
