Thurmont Green Fest: Understanding Solar and Traditional Generators Class

Curious about solar energy? Do power outages have you concerned about food spoiling or the ability to use a CPAP or other medical device? Have you ever considered purchasing a solar generator or power station? If so, then this class is for you. 

Understanding Solar and Traditional Generators class will explain the difference between traditional, inverter, and solar generators, as well as the advantages and limitations of each type. Both solar generators and power stations will be covered in depth with options such as home integration, uninterruptable power supply (UPS), emergency power supply (EPS), pass-thru charging and dual charging explained in detail. 

Attendees will learn how to choose the right size generator for their needs. (A small solar generator will be on hand for demonstration purposes.
