Meet Susan Verde (author of The Museum, You and Me, I Am Yoga, I Am Peace, and other titles) as she shares her newest children's book, I Am Human: A Book on Empathy. Susan's interactive presentation will combine books and yoga/mindfulness meditation, ending in a reading of I Am Human with a guided loving-kindness meditation. Presented in partnership with Curious Iguana and Frederick County Public Libraries, this event is free and open to the public. Books by Susan Verde will be available for purchase and signing at the event.
