An Institute for Learning in Retirement (ILR 55+) virtual program. Beginning or strengthening a meditation practice can be much easier with the support of an instructor and classmates. Learn about meditation from a pragmatic, westernized, twenty-first century perspective. Gain experience with multiple different techniques. With Dr. J. Carl Gregg.
