Join Fit2Shine Studio as we cultivate self-esteem and body awareness with fun exploration of movement and relaxed breathing. Fit2Shine Studio promotes strong minds and bodies while teaching children to release tension and relax. Participants are welcome to bring a yoga mat or towel. Geared for Grades K-5.
