Join Dr. Stacy Benner, physical therapist and yoga instructor, in a gentle yoga practice to support a healthy lower back. 

Learn about what contributes to low back aches and pain as well as how to provide preventative care, culminating in the ultimate low back love practice!

Suitable for all abilities and beginners. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
