Join us for outside storytime. Enjoy stories, songs, fingerplays, rhymes, and more! Ages 0-5. Consider bringing a blanket for sitting on the ground. Storytime will move inside in the event of bad weather or heat.

Songs, stories, and play for babies and their grownups. Followed by baby playgroup. Designed for ages 0-24 months with a caregiver.

Songs, stories, and fun for preschoolers and their grownups. Designed for ages 3-5 with a caregiver. In the event of inclement weather, storytime will be held inside.

While summer is here, enjoy a free lunch! While supplies last, lunches are available via carry-out or curbside pick-up for youth ages 0-18.


Join us outside after storytime for some creative play time. Ages 0-5. Creative Play will move inside in the event of bad weather or heat.

Preschoolers and their caregivers will practice school-readiness skills with cutting, tracing, play, and other literacy activities. In the event of inclement weather, this program will be held inside.

The City of Frederick will visit us serve lunches for children and teens (under 18) each afternoon this summer from 12:15-1:00 pm. Lunch will be served June 10 -August 16 (lunches will not be served on June 19 & July 4).

Join us for an hour of crafting and learn the basics from local knitter Terry Cammack. Use our supplies or bring your own! Designed for those who are new to the knit and pearl stitches. 

Learn about body boundaries with Heiress, the service dog from the Child Advocacy Center.

Join us for a snack tasting event, where we learn about and eat snacks from around the world.
