Let's get moving! Take on 10 physical challenges with Mr. Chris, physical education teacher and YouTube star from Beaniebootv. Plan to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and appropriate play shoes.

While summer is here, enjoy a free lunch! Lunches available for carry-out or curbside pick-up for youth ages 0-18.

Introducing toddlers and their caregivers to a variety of preschool-readiness skills including fine motor development, social emotional skills, and early literacy activities.

This summer, free lunches will be available from Tuesday through Thursday for youths 18 and under.  Lunch may be picked up between 12 and 1pm, while supplies last, and may be carried out or enjoyed on the library's covered deck.  

The City of Frederick will visit us serve lunches for children and teens (under 18) each afternoon this summer from 12:15-1:00 pm. Lunch will be served June 5-August 18 (lunches will not be served on June 19 & July 4).

Join us for colorful and creative fun as we learn some decorative techniques and make playdoh cupcakes with Nikkie Byrd, owner of Sage Cakery. Playdoh cupcakes are a fun sensory and imaginative play activity for kids.

Explore the radical world of reptiles with Nicole and her exotic pets! Not only will participants learn all about what makes a reptile a reptile, they will have the opportunity to pet and interact with lots of animal friends!

Grades 6-12 join us to enjoy the beach away from the beach! Make snow cones and build mini sandcastles while you relax at the library!

Grades 6-12. Make a colorful shirt or bag using the sharpie tie dye method. All supplies provided.
