Designed with beginning mobility in mind, join us for movement, songs, stories and more that will guide caregivers toward early learning and literacy for toddlers.

Please join Mr. Chris, a Carroll County Public Schools physical education teacher and YouTube star from Beaniebootv, as you take on 10 physical challenge stations! This event is designed for children ages 4-10.

Join a Librarian at the park for Storytime! We will read stories, do a craft to take home, and have the chance to take a brief walk on the trail. If there is inclement weather, Storytime will be held in the Nature Center.

While summer is here, enjoy a free lunch! Lunches available for carry-out or curbside pick-up for youth ages 0-18.

Join us outside after storytime for some creative play time. Ages 0-5. Creative Play move inside in the event of bad weather.

This summer, free lunches will be available from Tuesday through Thursday for youths 18 and under.  Lunch may be picked up between 12 and 1pm, while supplies last, and may be carried out or enjoyed on the library's covered deck.  

The City of Frederick will visit us serve lunches for children and teens (under 18) each afternoon this summer from 12:15-1:00 pm. Lunch will be served June 5-August 18 (lunches will not be served on June 19 & July 4).
