Sol Yoga Good Cause Class
Join us for this free yoga class offered by Sol Yoga's Good Cause Division. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. Donations accepted.While summer is here, enjoy a free lunch! While supplies last, lunches are available via carry-out or curbside pick-up for youth ages 0-18.

The City of Frederick will visit us serve lunches for children and teens (under 18) each afternoon this summer from 12:15-1:00 pm. Lunch will be served June 10 -August 16 (lunches will not be served on June 19 & July 4).
