Summer Lunch Program (ages 0-18)
The City of Frederick will visit us serve lunches for children and teens (under 18) each afternoon this summer from 12:15-1:00 pm. Lunch will be served June 13 -August 19 (lunches will not be served on June 19 & July 4).

Run away and join the circus without leaving home! Join former Ringling Brothers performer and professional knucklehead Gregory May as he builds his own wacky circus show.

Little Music Makers Workshop: Presented by the Frederick Children's Chorus
We sing age appropriate folk songs, explore new languages, dance and learn rhythm patterns in a fun, upbeat atmosphere. We use scarves and small instruments and encourage parent participation!
Join us for a fun afternoon of larger-than life games including: a dunk tank, checkers, Connect 4, ring toss, Jenga, bowling, and more!
Summer Explorers: Animal Habitat Dioramas (ages 5-10)
Choose an animal and build a diorama of a habitat to meet its needs.
This program is for children in kindergarten through 5th grades (ages 5-10).
Join us in the library garden. Learn how to properly care for vegetables and flowers. This hands-on activity will take place next door to the library along Cedar Avenue. Be sure to wear old shoes!
