Summer Lunch Program (ages 0-18)
The City of Frederick will visit us serve lunches for children and teens (under 18) each afternoon this summer from 12:15-1:00 pm. Lunch will be served June 13 -August 19 (lunches will not be served on June 19 & July 4).
Terrific for adults of all fitness levels and abilities. Tai Chi Ch'uan has been practiced for fitness and heath for hundreds of years.
