Come build with us! This program is made for builders of all skill levels to get creative, socialize, and problem-solve with LEGO bricks. We provide the bricks; you bring the imagination. Ages 5-12.

Are you a writer? Bring a piece to share or create something new. Writing tips, activities, and a supportive environment to grow as a writer!

Join us for an all-ages storytime featuring songs, stories, and rhymes in Spanish and other world languages.

Learn the process for starting seeds indoors, how to transplant seedlings and the journey a seed will take until it's ready to plant in the garden.  We will plant flowers, vegetables and herbs.  

Dive into the pixelated universe of Minecraft right here at the library. Whether you’re a master builder with epic architectural visions or a strategic survivor ready to face the mobs, our Minecraft program has a world for you. Ages 8-13.

Join us for a powerful and fun dance program geared towards reading with students from L.E.A.D Academy of dance. 

Wrap up the month with a special Sunday Funday Movie! Bring a blanket and settle in for a family-friendly favorite on the big screen. Popcorn provided while supplies last, courtesy of the Friends of the Thurmont Regional Library.
