Frederick Friends of Our County Animal Shelter (FFOCAS) will educate families on how to prepare for a new pet, typical adoption processes at rescues and shelters, and safe petting/play for children with pets.

Express your style at our Tween Tote Bag Decorating event! Use fabric paint, patches, and markers to create a one-of-a-kind tote—perfect for books, school, or everyday use. Tote bags provided, supplies limited, ages 13-18.
