Chair One fitness is back with more fun chair exercises!

Chair Fitness through Country Meadows  is back for more fun exercises from a chair!  This program is for any aged adult that would enjoy chair exercises.

Freedom Bang is a pre-choreographed fusion of boxing, HIIT, hip hop, world dance, optional weighted gloves and just a touch of attitude. Offering a wide range of intensity options to help you customize your workout.

Shri Yoga is a calming but challenging style practiced in an informal environment. Classes include various asanas, breathing exercises, chakra vibration, mantras, and relaxation techniques. Attendees are welcome to bring their own mat.

Join us for this free yoga class offered by Sol Yoga's Good Cause Division. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. Donations accepted.
