Use art and meditation techniques to practice mindfulness that will enrich your daily life. Using paint, pen and collage, we will have fun being in the moment with a focus on mark-making, glazes, and more with less focus on the pressures of a finished product and more on the joy of creation. Cast your fears of creativity aside and be here now. All supplies provided.
