Frederick County Public Libraries will close at 5 p.m. December 31, 2025 and be closed January 1, 2026 for New Year's.

Event Details

Join us as we learn about Angie Rozelaar, a British artist known for adorable cat illustrations.  We'll take inspiration from her cat scarf series and make our own scarf self-portrait.  Ages 6-10.
