Join us for a FREE prenatal Exercise session from Family Connects, in partnership with FIT4MOM.

  • Learn poses to relieve aches and pain
  • Learn tools for childbirth and postpartum recovery
  • Experience a calm, relaxing experience with expert instructors
  • Learn about a free home-visiting service for Frederick County Families with newborns
  • Participants will receive Free Diapers & Gift Bag!

Come to any or all sessions.
