Join us for a calming, beginner-friendly yoga class designed to help you unwind, stretch, and move with ease. This all-levels session is perfect for anyone looking to build flexibility, reduce stress, and explore mindful movement in a welcoming environment. With over ten years' experience, Hannah Cherry offers supportive guidance for every body. All are welcome— no prior yoga experience needed.
Please wear comfortable clothes. There are a limited amount of yoga mats available, but patrons are welcome to bring their own.
