Frederick County Public Libraries will close at 5 p.m. December 31, 2025 and be closed January 1, 2026 for New Year's.

Learn the colors of the rainbow through songs, stories, and fun!  This program is for preschoolers and their grownups.  Designed for ages 3-5 with a caregiver.
