Program Description

Event Details

This session uses sit-to-stand movements and exercises that help with general brain function for aging, as well as some dementia and Parkinson’s training. We focus on the muscles responsible for daily functions and B.A.M. (Balance, Agility, Mobility). These exercises are tailored toward delaying muscle and balance loss, which helps to prevent issues as we age. The class ends with stretch and relaxation techniques that leave everyone feeling rejuvenated.
