Holiday Closing - Thanksgiving

Frederick County Public Libraries will close at 5pm on Wednesday, November 27 and will remain closed on Thursday November 28, and Friday November 29, 2024 in observance of Thanksgiving.

Event Details

This month's TLC features a special presentation from Tyler Wolfe, Employer & Community Engagement Partner with Goodwill Industries, who will give a detailed overview of how to earn a Digital Literacy Certificate and become certified in Microsoft Suite.  In addition, Mr. Wolfe will review social media best practices and online safety.

Tweens and teens, grades 6 through 12, meet to collaborate with each other and teen librarians on upcoming library events and to plan teen-led projects.  Teen Library Council (TLC) is an opportunity for teens to make an impact within the library and the wider community.
