Chair Yoga: A Sensory Program for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities
Come join us for chair yoga and other mindfulness activities with yoga instructor Cathy Spence. No equipment needed! Just wear comfortable clothing and come prepared to stretch and relax.

The City of Frederick will visit us serve lunches for children and teens (under 18) each afternoon this summer from 12:15-1:00 pm. Lunch will be served June 10 -August 16 (lunches will not be served on June 19 & July 4).
