Enjoy a brown bag lunched while supplies last for youth 18 and under.  Youth should be present.  

The City of Frederick will visit us serve lunches for children and teens (under 18) each afternoon this summer from 12:15-1:00 pm. Lunch will be served June 10 -August 16 (lunches will not be served on June 19 & July 4).

Think nature is boring? Your imagination is your only limitation! Come join us in learning about the environment while using items found in nature to make crafts and complete activities. Geared for Grades K-5.

Make your mark on the brand-new Teen Department! Come decorate a mini art canvas which will decorate the library’s bookshelves.

Preschoolers and their caregivers will build school-ready skills while having fun and exploring their social-emotional selves at this weekly kindergarten prep program. For ages 3-5 with a caregiver.

Join us for an afternoon of Minecraft creation. This program is for elementary age children who are ready to have fun crafting a world together. Never played, no problem, staff will be on hand to help with the basics.

Cuentame un Cuento is an interactive storytime featuring books and songs in Spanish. For ages 0-5 with a caregiver.

In the event of inclement weather, storytime will be held inside.
