Memory Cafe is a safe and relaxed place where people with early-stage memory loss, their families, and friends can come together for social engagement. Anyone affected by early-stage memory loss is welcome to attend.

Shri Yoga is a calming but challenging style practiced in an informal environment. Classes include various asanas, breathing exercises, chakra vibration, mantras, and relaxation techniques. Attendees are welcome to bring their own mat.

Ever wanted to learn about the racket sport that's sweeping the nation?

Children practice reading skills to the patient and adorable Reading Education Assistance Dogs. For Children Grades K-5. 

Get curious and messy (in the best way)! Each session features a science-themed experiment, challenge, or puzzle to spark wonder and laughter. This program is geared for those in grades K-5. 

Join us this Mother's Day and create a flower painting for yourself or a loved one. Michele will walk you step by step through how to paint a flower scene on an 8x10 canvas using acrylic paint. No skills or supplies necessary.
